Irrigation Doctor Inc. is always searching for new members to join our team and we have a variety of positions available starting in the spring of this year. We are looking for Installation Crew Members, Service Technicians and Technician Assistants.

If you are looking for the ability to work a flexible schedule or a ton of hours with overtime pay over 40, this is the place. We train all of our employees both in house and on site, so its alright if you don’t have any past experience. All you need to do is bring the right attitude, be motivated to learn, and of course not mind getting your hands dirty.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

INSTALL CREW:
You will be working primarily with our crew, installing new systems as well as working on existing systems. You may also work with our Service Technicians when needed and help complete repairs to a system. You do not need to have experience on install (but it may help) as we will guide and train you on site. Install workers should be able to handle working in the field and perform their assigned tasks in a reasonable amount of time.

SERVICE TECHNICIANS & TECH ASSISTANTS:
You will Install, Inspect and Repair irrigation systems across the metro. The systems we work on range from Residential & Commercial projects, to Large Town Home Sites. You will be interacting with clients often and should be able to communicate with them in both a helpful and effective manner. You should also be able to recognize, record, repair, and troubleshoot issues you encounter on job sites. You MUST have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
